Mark files that should be deleted from server By default Arles deletes old gallery files from your web server when they are no longer in use by the gallery. Unselect this option if you don't want files marked as "Delete from server" to be selected.
Publish Options
Number of simultaneous connections Arles can upload multiple files at the same time. This options sets the number of parallel connections. Five (5) is generally a safe choice for maximum upload speed.
Some FTP servers do not like applications to initiate multiple connections. In your server is one of those, set the number of connections to one (1) and switch off the Keep Alive feature which also uses a parallel connection.
Timeout after no server response for 30 seconds If a connection is broken Arles will keep trying to send data to the server for the time you specified here. After this timeout period an error will be shown.
Retries if connection is broken If an connection to your server fails or an error occurs Arles will retry the upload action for the number of times you specified here.
Send 'keep alive' signal during transfers Some buggy firewalls and routers kill long FTP connections, because they think it is no longer in use. The keep alive feature is a work around for this problem. It periodically communicates with the FTP server in an effort to convince these firewalls and routers that the connections is still alive.
Confirmations
Confirm before publishing files Select if you want to be warned before files are published to your server.
Warn before deleting files from server Select if you want a warning dialog to be shown before any files are deleted from your server.
Warn if remote folder does not exist Select if you want to be warned before the remote folder is created on the server in case it did not exist.
